Bandit Pet Co Shipping Policy

We currently offer USPS shipping to our retail customers within the U.S. only in the the following states: 

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. 

We do not currently offer shipping to PO Box addresses.

We’re working to hard to expand, but for now, we’re focusing on delivering these must-have products to our customers across the country.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. 

Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

Delivery times may be affected by Federal US holidays, extreme weather conditions, or natural disasters. While we aim to deliver your order on time, please be prepared for possible delays during these events.
